All concerns regarding coupon validity or merchant transactions must be directed to the merchant or retailer.

4.3 Changes to Coupons: Retailers and third-party merchants may modify or cancel coupons and promotions at any time, without notice. WorthEPenny is not responsible for any such changes or cancellations.

5. Programs and PayPal Withdrawals

5.1 Cash Back Program

By using the Cash Back feature on WorthEPenny, you agree to participate in our Cash Back program under the following terms:

  • Eligibility: To earn Cash Back, you must complete a qualifying purchase through the offers provided on the Site. The Cash Back amount is determined based on the terms and conditions specified for each offer and may vary depending on the retailer, product, or promotion.

  • Tracking and Validation: Cash Back is tracked by your account through our systems. However, the final confirmation of the Cash Back amount may depend on the merchant or retailer's validation, including the successful completion of the transaction and return policy compliance. Cash Back is not guaranteed until it has been validated and credited to your account.

  • Account Credit: Cash Back amounts will be credited to your WorthEPenny account as pending until they are confirmed by the merchant and become available for withdrawal. The time required for Cash Back to become available varies by retailer and is subject to their policies.

  • Refunds and Cancellations

    • Transaction Cancellations: In the event that a transaction is canceled, returned, or refunded by the retailer, any Cash Back associated with that transaction will be revoked or deducted from your account. If your Cash Back has already been withdrawn, you agree to refund the equivalent amount if requested by WorthEPenny.

    • Disputed Transactions: If you believe that Cash Back was not credited to your account for a valid transaction, you must contact our support team within 3 months of completing the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, work with the merchant to resolve it. However, WorthEPenny is not responsible for discrepancies related to merchant-initiated refunds, cancellations, or other transaction issues.

  • Refunds and Cancellations

    • Termination by User: If you choose to terminate your WorthEPenny account, any outstanding Cash Back balance in your account will remain pending until your account is closed. You must request a final withdrawal before terminating your account if you wish to receive any available Cash Back.

    • Termination by WorthEPenny: If WorthEPenny terminates your account due to violations of the Terms of Use or fraudulent activity, you may forfeit any Cash Back balance in your account at the time of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity or violating the Terms of Use.

5.2 PayPal Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal Eligibility: To withdraw your rewards, you must have a verified PayPal account linked to your WorthEPenny account. Withdrawals are processed once your rewards balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold, as specified on the Site. This threshold may vary, and we reserve the right to modify it from time to time.

  • Payment Processing: All rewards withdrawals will be processed through PayPal. Upon initiating a withdrawal request, the rewards amount will be transferred to your PayPal account. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3-5 business days, but we do not guarantee any specific timeframe for PayPal processing times, as this may depend on PayPal's own policies and procedures.

  • Fees: WorthEPenny does not charge any fees for processing PayPal withdrawals. However, PayPal may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which you agree to bear as part of the withdrawal process.

  • Limits on Withdrawals: WorthEPenny may impose limits on the amount of rewards that can be withdrawn within a certain period. These limits will be communicated through the Site and may change from time to time.

  • Account Suspension or Termination: If your WorthEPenny account is suspended, terminated, or deemed fraudulent, you may forfeit any outstanding rewards balance that has not been processed or paid out.

5.3 Use of PayPal Login

WorthEPenny uses PayPal's "Login with PayPal" feature to authenticate users. WorthEPenny requires you to log in to your PayPal account in order to withdraw your rewards. By logging in to your PayPal account, you grant us permission to access and use your PayPal account information to complete the withdrawal process.

  • Authorization: When you log in with PayPal, you authorize WorthEPenny to retrieve and use the information from your PayPal account, such as your email address, name, and other necessary details, in accordance with PayPal's terms of service and WorthEPenny's Privacy Policy.

  • Scope of Access: The information we access through PayPal is limited to the data required to authenticate your account and provide you with the services available on the Site. We do not store your PayPal login credentials, but we may store and use the information provided by PayPal, such as your name, email, and transaction history, to facilitate the rewards program, PayPal withdrawals, and other related services.
